Sehr empfehlenswert!:- Was für eine Entdeckung! Alles wie Zuhause, sehr Detailverliebt, super Betten, überkomplett ausgestattet, Top Lage und nicht so kommerziell wie der Rest! Die Besitzer sind auch sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Für alle zu empfehlen, die einmal etwas besonderes suchen!
Hochwertig und günstig!:- Sehr gemütliches und ordentliches Einfamilienhaus in toller Lage. Beeindruckende Architektur, viel Holz und eine warme Atmosphäre. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Die Zimmer verfügen über große Terrassen mit herrlicher Aussicht. Vielen Dank, alles war perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Невероятно приятна обстановка:- Подредено, чисто, уютно и завладяващо красив интериор. Местоположението е отлично. Непосредствено има добър ресторант и хранителен магазин.
A comfortable flat with everything necessary:- Beautiful conditions of life. Perfect place for rest, in quiet street with very good location. We would come back again with pleasure.
Very high standard:- The house has a beautiful architecture. Pleasant and cozy home atmosphere with lots of wooden furniture. Calmness, quietness and security. Very clean everywhere. I will certainly visit you again.

L’intérieur est original et très beau on peux ressentir que cette maison est faite avec amour.
Tout est fait de tels manière que l’on se sent dans un lieu unique .
Architecture unique et aucune faute de goût tout se lie parfaitement, mobilier de goût correspondant totalement au style de la maison.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dès que possible.
Невероятно попадение!:- Удобни легла в прекрасен апартамент с добро местоположение. Красива обстановка. Учудващо спокойно и тихо за тази централна част на Пловдив. Препоръчваме на всички, които търсят по специално настаняване!
Wir waren rundherum sehr zufrieden und kommen sehr gerne wieder:- Die Gastgeber waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.Die Wohnung hat einen interessanten Grundriss , hat viele Fenster und Balkontüren und es ist absolut sauber und ruhig.Die Lage war für uns viel interessanter und angenehmer als in der City oder in der Altstadt.Es gibt hier viele kleine Strassen mit vielen ( normalen) Shops.Gleich nebenan gibt es ein gutes Restaurant. Ein Einkaufsladen,in dem so gut wie alles zu kaufen gibt,ist ebenso ganz in der Nähe. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist mit einer wirklich guten Matratze ausgerüstet,wir haben sehr gut darin geschlafen.
Perfekt. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl!!!:- Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Besitzer machen alles dafür, dass man glücklich ist, sind aber auch nicht aufdringlich! Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Ich würde auf jeden Fall Haus Milchevi empfehlen!
Не строителство, а скулптура-шедьовър!:-Оригинална сграда на две нива, в художествена комбинация между нестандартни архитектура и конструкция. Сложен интериор, но съразмерно конфигуриран и с рядка точност в елементите. Причудливи форми и изваяни майсторски изпълнения. Запомнящ се облик на удивително красив самобитен стил в подредбата и обзавеждането. Цялостното изпълнение е като произведение на изкуството!
Plovdiv stay:- Spotlessly clean well sized and equipt apartment situated a good 10 min walk from the old town of Plovdiv. Very friendly and welcoming hosts.

Tolle Wohnung mit toller Aussicht und sehr guter Ausstattung:- Wir waren das zweite Mal in diesem Haus und es war wieder absolut klasse. Stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtete Fewo, in der es an nichts fehlt, wie auf den Fotos ! Der Blick von der Terrasse einfach genial. Die Lage ist ruhig und man ist in 5Minuten Fußweg im „Zentrum“!
Exceptional:- Ruhige und sehr saubere Wohnung mit schöner Panoramaterrasse für Sonnenbaden. Kann ich echt weiterempfehlen.

Schön eingerichtet, Preis-leistungs Verhältnis gut, sehr gastfreundlich. Kann ich echt nur weiterempfehlen.
our stay with the milchevi family was great. the apartment was just as the pictures show. we were able to cook out on the balcony and enjoy the sight of plovdiv from a height. its about 15 min walk from center and the old town. the milchevi’s even took us on a day trip up into the mountains to see the buzludzha monument. they are lovely people and we would love to stay again.
This is a great value for the money, but has some quirks. The owners seem to under-equip the kitchens (mine had exactly two bowls, two forks, two spoons, etc… and nothing to cook with at all. I had to make a special request to get a pan to heat water… maybe they’re assuming guests will break or steal things? I don’t know. very odd). This is basically more of a hotel, rather than a home stay of any sort. You *definitely* get the feeling this is a business, not a family home. But it is scrupulously clean, well cared for, modern, warm, and the owners do try hard to get you any special requests you may have.
Когда мы приехали нас очень хорошо встретили хозяева комплекса . В холодильнике стояли овощи в подарок от хозяина хотеля . Квартиры находятся в очень тихом спальном районе Пловдива . По приезду в болгарию снял машину но время своего прибывания в стране , было беспокойство поначалу что в в комплексе отсутствует индивидуальная стоянка и что небудет места рядом с домом парковаться . Но в первые же дни мои беспокойства отошли , когда я приезжал домой всегда било несколько мест для стоянки прямо возле подъезда
Great apartment, exactly as the photos advertise. The place is very clean — a cleaner comes in six days a week (Sundays off). The superintendent, Milchevi, speaks English very well and I had no communication difficulties at all; further, all messages were promptly and politely answered. All in all, it was an excellent experience and I can happily recommend staying here!
We enjoyed our stay at this lovely 2nd floor apartment which had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We were greeted warmly on arrival and Vassil kindly let us store our bags on the last day & helped to book a taxi for our departure. Many thanks- highly recommended !
Dear Milchevi family’ You made us feel really welcome. What a nice apartment! The cleaning service and cleanliness of the apartment is exceptional and was really appreciated!!. The apartment is exactly as per photos. If ever we visit Plovdiv again, this is where we will stay, in exactly the same apartment!! Plovdiv is marvelous and the food excellent. We were interested in one of the other apartments in the building but it wasn’t available. Alex quickly responded to let us know about this other apartment. It was very tasteful, very clean and very quiet, perfect for our short visit. Alex was there on time to make us welcome, and helped to call a taxi for us when it was time to go. Bravo!

The apartment seemed larger than in the photos, so one felt very comfortable in the space. Our host, Vasil, responded to our questions the same day, often the same hour, and took care of any needs promptly and courteously. It was an easy walk to the lovely promenade and a good sized grocery store was nearby. Also there was an excellent restaurant within steps of the apartment, as well as a small park. We highly recommend this apartment for its comfort and the excellent people who made our stay so effortless and enjoyable.
I loved staying in this great, open apartment in Plovdiv. It’s just a 5 minute walk from the walking bridge that crosses over to the center of the city. The neighborhood is upscale and there is a big grocery store and some good restaurants nearby. The host was excellent and responded super fast to messages, and when I arrived they were waiting for me outside. Highly recommended.
The apartment was lovely! It was incredibly clean & very comfortable. There’s even an amazing resteraunt next door which had the best Bulgarian food I’ve eaten through all of Bulgaria – super cheap too! The family were equally kind & I’d be happy to stay here again!
my friend and I stayed here two nights and it could not have been any better. Every single thing was PERFECT! The apartment is spacious, well-decorated and amazingly clean. Seriously, this place is so clean. While it’s in a quiet neighborhood, it’s only a short walk to the center of town. The hosts are extremely friendly, helpful and easy to contact. I recommend this apartment. Note: there is only one bed, but there’s a sort of daybed in the living room which is suitable for sleeping.
Probably the cleanest place in Plovdiv! There is a 7 days a week cleaning squad that keeps everything spotless. If you are OCD about cleanliness – this is the right spot for you! Otherwise the apartments look beautiful unless they decide to put you in the attic (where we ended up) – a tiny Harry Potter closet with a bed and toilet in one section and children’s bed and a kitchen in the other. Way too small for 3 adults! Otherwise they seem like professionals and you might like the place if you prefer a Hotel vibe.
