BOOKING AND DEPOSITS

  • We require a deposit for reservations, which is minimum 30% of the whole rent.
  • The payment of this deposit could be maid in cash, by bank transfer, Econt Express, Western Union, MoneyGram and PayPal.
  • The rent price is paid cash in the moment of your arrival (accommodation). You could pay in Euro or Bulgarian Lev at your convenience.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE Arrival

  • On the day of your arrival (accommodation) the apartment would be unoccupied after 14:00.
  • Late accommodations after 18:00 are negotiated.

Departure

  • The apartment has to be released until 11:00 on the day of departure.

SECURITY DEPOSITS – minimum 30% from the rent

  • The deposit for reservation goes into Security deposit on arrival and it will be returned upon departure after we make sure that there are no intentional damages and the condition of the apartment is regular.

RULES AND CONDITIONS BY USE OF THE APARTMENTS

  • The LESSEE of premises on the storey property is obliged to observe the regulations on the rules and management of the storey property, and especially:
  1. Smoking is not allowed in the building, but only on the terraces and in the yard.
  2. The furniture and objects shall not be moved or taken out without the consent of the LESSOR.
  3. Walking with slippers and shoes with hard sole in the flats is forbidden.
  4. Conversations in the premises of the staircase are objectionable.
  5. The presence of pets in the building is forbidden.
  6. Cooking of fish and fish product is allowed only on the terraces.
  7. Staying of third parties in the apartment is allowed only after the consent of the LESSOR.
  8. For better security the front door of the house must be locked on entry and exit. The security system signals when you do not lock.
  9. For longer stays – Any excess of electricity per day over 2 kWh for small apartment and over 4 kWh for large apartment get paid by the extra control meters x 0.24 lv. for 1 kWh.
  10. No parties are allowed.
  11. “Silent hours” – Monday to Friday from 22:00 to 9:00.
  12. “Silent hours” – Saturday and Sunday from 23:00 to 10:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00.
  13. Please take into account that in cases when neighbors or police are alarmed because of loud music, we would be forced to ask you leave immediately the apartment without compensation and no matter of the period you have booked the apartment.

NUMBER OF GUESTS

  • The guest has to give mobile number for contact and his/her full name, as well as the number of people who are accompanying him/her for the booked period.
  • Only the people who are booked in advanced for certain period are allowed to use the apartment.

DISCONTINUATION

  • By cancellation of a reservation, a paid deposit will not be refunded.
  • If the client decides to short the contractual period – the price of the unused days will not be refunded.
  • In cases when some of the above mentioned rules are not followed The LESSOR has the right to force the guest leave the apartment without compensation.
