BOOKING AND DEPOSITS
- We demand for reservations that are not less than 5 days long and booked at least month in advance.
- The pre-paid charge for night's lodging is 30% of the whole rent. The payment of this deposit could maid by cash, credit or debit card (payment by credit or debit card could be maid on this link) after confirmation of the booking. The remaining part of the rent has to be paid at the time of the arrival and accommodation.
- The rent price is paid cash in the moment of your arrival and accommodation after the subtraction of the pre-paid deposit. You could pay in Euro or Bulgarian Lev at your convenience.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Arrival
- On the day of your arrival the apartment would be unoccupied after 1:30 pm. If for some reason you are arriving earlier, please give us notice in advance just to be sure that everything is ready on time, if that is possible.
- Late accommodations after 8:00 pm enclose additional fee of 5 euro which is paid at the arrival.
- Late accommodations after 10:00 pm enclose additional fee of 10 euro which is paid at the arrival.
- Accommodations on National celebrations before 7:00 pm are charged with additional fee of 15 euro which is paid at the arrival.
- Accommodations on National celebrations after 7:00 pm are charged with additional fee of 20 euro which is paid at the arrival.
Departure
The apartment has to be released before 12:00 pm on the day of departure. If you depart later we would try to make you stay longer with a couple of hours (not more than 4) but lesonly when the next reservation allows this to happen.
SECURITY DEPOSITS
This deposit is provided to cover eventual expenses from damages in the apartment or the furniture that could possibly occur during you stay. After we make sure that there are no intentional damages and the condition of the apartment is regular, the deposit would be returned back on the day of your departure.
RULES OF USAGE OF THE APARTMENTS
The LESSEE of premises on the storey property is obliged to observe the regulations on the rules and management of the storey property, and especially:
- Smoking is not allowed in the building, but only at the designated places (terraces).
- The blinds which prevent the penetration of light to the flowers shall be kept risen when you are not at home.
- Watering and care for the flowers shall be carried out only by the LESSOR on Monday and Thursday before noon.
- The accommodation and especially the bedrooms shall be ventilated regularly.
- The furniture and objects shall not be moved or taken out without the consent of the LESSOR.
- Walking with slippers and shoes with hard sole in the accommodation is forbidden.
- The doors of the toilet and bathroom shall be kept open when not in use.
- Conversations in the premises of the staircase are objectionable.
- The presence of pets in the building is forbidden.
- Cooking of fish and fish product is allowed only the terraces.
- Staying of third parties in the apartment is allowed only after the consent of the LESSOR.
- The accommodations shall be cleaned by the LESSOR against payment, the LESSEE which refuses this service cannot use the condition of natural tear and wear under article the objects which acquire the appearance of used ones shall be replaced by the same new objects at the expense of the LESSEE.
- No parties are allowed.
- "Silent hours" – Monday to Friday from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am.
- "Silent hours" - Saturday and Sunday from 0:00 am to 10:00 am and from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
- Please take into account that in cases when neighbors or police are alarmed because of loud music, we would be forced to ask you leave immediately the apartment without compensation and no matter of the period you have booked the apartment.
NUMBER OF GUESTS
- The guest has to give mobile number for contact and his/her full name, as well as the number of people who are accompanying him/her for the booked period.
- Only the people who are booked in advanced for certain period are allowed to use the apartment.
- In cases when some of the above mentioned rules are not followed The LESSOR has the right to force the guest leave the apartment without compensation.
DISCONTINUATION
- If the client decides to discontinue reservation less than 10 days before its begging the pre-paid 30% deposit will not be returned.
- For accommodations less than 5 nights: If the client decides to discontinue the reservation during his/her stay, one night would be additionally charged.
- For accommodations more than 5 nights: If the client decides to discontinue the reservation during his/her stay, 50% of the price for the nights left would be additionally charged.
